- Designed and deployed FIM 2010 identity provisioning system for a DoD entity with annual user turnover in excess of 20%, Replaced legacy management scripts with automated data-driven account management process. Migrated and consolidated disparate eDirectory and Active Directory structures into an efficient up-to-date Active Directory environment. Normalized schema conflicts, resolved directory application dependencies, and strengthened overall system governance processes.
- Migrated Microsoft ILM identity system to Microsoft FIM 2010 in a secure DoD workspace following STIG guidelines.
- Lead Subject Matter Expert for Directory, Identity Management, PKI, and Windows technologies for numerous successful competitive account capture teams. Created technical proposals in answer to customer requirements supporting worldwide DoD engagements.

Worldwide rollout of first Howler-based exams will complete by the end of CY2009. Pilot and initial rollout results confirm a significant improvement in testing validity and credibility.
- Led Microsoft effort to achieve DoD recognition of Microsoft certifications in compliance with DoD Directive 8570 requiring all DoD Information Assurance (IA) professionals to achieve a recognized certification.

- Created and developed Microsoft Certified Master - Directory, Microsoft’s highest level of advanced training and certification program for Windows Server 2008 Directory Technologies focusing exclusively on experienced IT Professionals.
- Organized and managed multi-cultural worldwide team of internal and external experts to determine desired program content. Managed the development of the content using a worldwide virtual team.
- Performed comprehensive competitive market analysis for advanced training and certification. Developed multi-year marketing and operational plans to establish a premium Microsoft certification in new and existing market segments.
- Managed and co-developed the innovative 8-hour lab exams. Established a highly credible testing process that will help assure market acceptance of the Microsoft Certified Master credential.
- Developed and led Directory Ranger Community to promote ongoing collaboration and communication between certified field Directory practitioners and the Active Directory product groups.
- Developed additional instructor community to enable large-scale delivery of the Microsoft Certified Master program. Determined instructor development process and established new instructor qualification standards.

- Identity Management Architect for several MIIS implementations including Federal Civilian and DoD agencies and a leading defense contractor. Projects included cross-agency directory synchronizations, agency-wide and international GALsync for Exchange projects, User Provisioning, Portal directory authentication, and public-facing LDAP directories.
- Directory Services Architect for 100,000+ user directory consolidation project for a major defense contractor. Completed project will consolidate numerous Active Directory forests into two AD authentication forests while resolving schema and data conflicts to support hundreds of directory-interested applications. Application-specific ADAM instances will be maintained using MIIS.
- Designed and implemented a PKI to support Smartcard VPN authentication, secure e-mail, IPSec and EFS data recovery. Additional requirements to upgrade Active Directory and core network support services for DNS, DHCP and WINS were identified and implemented. The 1500 remote users have experienced a 50% reduction in logon times and the client has a 100% uptime record for the Microsoft RRAS VPN.
- Senior Consultant for Exchange 2003 design team for US Government agency. This Exchange 2003 implementation will include the entire CONUS (Continental US) region with over 100 facilities and 350,000 users. Related project to create a unified GAL using MIIS to synchronize identity information across 13 forests along with external connections to incorporate existing digital certificates is in process.
