for an NAEC, along with assistant manager responsibilities which included
administrative operations and management information

Five years of experience as an instructor including Novell NetWare, Microsoft
Windows NT and Windows 95. I have also conducted alpha and beta courses for
Novell and instructional seminars at industry trade shows.
Specific Novell and Microsoft courses include all core operating
system courses required for either CNE or MCSE. I am also qualified to teach Internet
